1. Agreement
By accessing shaadigarh.com or engaging ShaadiGarh for services, you agree to these terms and to any separate written agreement executed for your event.
2. Services
ShaadiGarh provides creative services including photography and cinematography as described in your proposal. Deliverables, crew size, travel, and timelines are defined only in a signed contract or written order form.
3. Payments & cancellations
Retainers, balances, rescheduling windows, and refund policies are governed exclusively by your executed agreement. Website copy does not override a signed contract.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ShaadiGarh retains copyright in raw and finished creative work, granting clients usage rights as specified in their contract—typically for personal, non-commercial celebration use unless a commercial license is purchased.
5. Model releases & third parties
Clients are responsible for securing permissions, venue rules, and guest considerations required for lawful production. ShaadiGarh may rely on client representations regarding venue access and key participants.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaadiGarh’s aggregate liability arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or travel disruptions, subject to the remedies outlined in your contract.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for model training without permission, or interfere with other visitors’ experience.
9. Governing law
Unless a written contract specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in New Delhi, India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction.
